Dan founded Integrity Appraisal, LLC in Southeastern Wisconsin in 2007 and has been a licensed appraiser since 2002. He specializes in the appraisal of single-family homes, condominiums, duplexes, and 3–4 unit residential properties. Dan also has extensive experience appraising complex residential properties, including lakefront homes, a

Dan also has extensive experience appraising complex residential properties, including lakefront homes, acreage properties, and other unique or non-typical homes. In addition to being a Certified Residential Appraiser, he is an FHA-approved appraiser and a licensed real estate agent.

John joined Integrity Appraisal in 2016 after previously working as a real estate agent. He brings valuable real estate industry experience and a strong understanding of residential property and local market conditions.
John graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and was named to the Dean’s Honor List nearly every semester.
